Where and When We Meet

The Lt. Alexander Bonnyman Detachment #924 meetings are held at

VFW Post 5154
2561 Hobbs Rd, Louisville, TN 37777

 

This is located near McGhee Tyson airport

 

Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month.  A social hour begins at 1730 with the meeting starting at 1830. Meetings are 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Meeting is cancelled if Blount County Schools are closed due to weather.

Some of our annual events include a Mess Night or a Dine-In each spring.  Rifle and pistol matches.  We participate in the Veteran's Day Luncheon and Parade, a Marine Corps Birthday Luncheon and the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

Join Us

To join the Marine Corps League as a regular member, you may be active duty or must have served in the United States Marine Corps or FMF Corpsmen or FMF Chaplain for more than 90 days, and the character of your service has been honorable, and if discharged, you are in receipt of an honorable discharge, and be willing to provide proof of service upon request.

To become an Associate Member of the Marine Corps League, you must support the aims and ideals of the Marine Corps League. Dues for Associate Members are the same as that of a Regular Member.
